Hontex was founded by three electronics enthusiasts who had turned their passion into a lifelong committment into the ever advancing electronics and technology industry.
Over the last 2 decades, our core competence has been developing, engineering and manufacturing products with new applications mainly related to customers electronics, meeting the rapidly changing requirements in today's technology life.
Today, we are serving many leading brands around the world in full confidence, and yet are still striving to serve our customers progessively to new highs in terms of technological advancement, total customer satisfaction, and zero defect manufacturing methodogy.
We export 100% to overseas.
Our business size has been growing in a consistent manner throughout these years without over expansion in all aspects, thereby our customers are gurantueed working with a fiancially stable and trustworthy partner for a long terms business success.
Our manufacturing facility is located in Dongguang, southern part of China, which is a ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2015 certified and BSCI audited factory, 168,000 sq ft with over 500 employee to produce max. output of 400,000PCBA/month.
All our products are manufactured under one roof to ensure our quality standard in every part of production has always fullfilled the most stringent requirement.
Our strong R&D team designs and develops our own products, but also has jointly developing with customers for ODM/OEM projects. With a strong support from our engineering/production teams, you can be assured of the highest quality you would expect from a first class setting company.

Our factory is ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2015 certified and BSCI audited factory, which is conveniently located in Dong Guan City, Guangdong Province - about 100 km from the Hong Kong border (1 hourdrive from the border).

The plant occupied a total area of 168,000 sq. ft. and is well-equipped with fully automatic SMT machines, high precision equipment / machinery and advanced testing systems to support our customers for development and manufacturing / packaging of their products.
The entire factory has been evolved around production flexibility to accommodate both small and large scale production order.

WEEE Directive (2002/96/EC)
The Waste Electrical and ElectronicEquipment Directive (WEEE) applies to companies that manufacture, sell, distribute, recycle or treat electricaland electronic equipment and to consumers in the E.U. It covers all large and smallhousehold appliances, IT equipment,radio and audio equipment, electricaltools and telecommunications equipment. The Directive aims to reduce the wastearising from electrical and electronicequipment and to improve the environmentalperformance of all those involved in thelife cycle of these products.
RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC)
The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) Directive was passed into law bythe European Union (E.U.). It affects manufacturers, sellers, distributors and recyclers of electrical and electronic equipment containing lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chrome,polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE). After July 1, 2006 the use of these materials will be banned in new products sold in Europe.The RoHS Directive complements the WEEE Directive.
